This online tutorial was used by field service technicians to learn and review all procedures related to the operation and maintenance of the Vapotherm 2000i device. The module was highly interactive to allow the technician to quickly access exactly what they required. The instruction included step by step descriptions of the maintenance procedures and were augmented with a variety of visualization aids including photographs, illustrations, videos, and animations.
