This eLearning train-the-trainer course was designed to educate health professionals in principles of instructional design and presentation techniques to equip them with the skills to take action and develop their own behavioral health training programs within their respective communities. The design for this course employed a combination of interactive video interviews with leading experts in the field as well as interactive knowledge checks. Interviews were conducted with real training experts and organized to develop a knowledge repository that participants could access and look up specific information.
