Edward Gipple

President and Chief Executive Officer

Edward Gipple serves as the President and Chief Executive Officer of ICS Learning Group. Mr. Gipple co-founded the company in 1998 with past-CEO Brian Donnelly and Brian Kleeman to develop corporate communications and computer-based training solutions for commercial and government organizations. With a professional background in engineering, Mr. Gipple oversees the daily operations of the organization and recruitment of professional and technical staff.

From 1992 to 1997, Mr. Gipple served as the director of multimedia and senior communications consultant with FTI Consulting, a multi-disciplinary consulting firm with leading practices in financial restructuring and litigation support. While at FTI Consulting, he led the production of animation, video and interactive multimedia projects as well as production management, technology acquisition and recruiting. Prior to FTI Consulting, Mr. Gipple served as a senior design engineer with Annapolis Micro Systems.

Mr. Gipple received a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering and a master's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Maryland, College Park. While attending the University of Maryland, he discovered his love of teaching and design, which served as the catalyst in forming ICS Learning Group in 1998. He is a member of the American Society of Mechanical Engineers.

Brian Kleeman

Vice President and Chief Technical Officer

Brian Kleeman serves as the Chief Technology Officer of ICS Multimedia. As a co-founder and CTO, Mr. Kleeman oversees the design, programming and technology used to create and deliver successful computer-based training solutions for the organization's clients.

Mr. Kleeman was the chief architect of the underlying technology of ICS Learning Group's Inquisiq™ Learning Management System (LMS) and Learning Content Authoring and Management System (LCAMS).

Mr. Kleeman's creative background in video production and presentation graphics began in 1994 at a small Bethesda, MD firm where he created a variety of presentation videos for tradeshows and special events. He later served as a consultant with FTI Consulting where he honed his database and programming skills and also met business partners Edward Gipple and ICS Learning Group's past-CEO Brian Donnelly.

Mr. Kleeman is a graduate of The George Washington University and holds a bachelor's degree in Visual Communications with a minor in Computer & Information Systems. He uses his spare time and money to race cars semi-professionally.
